CHRIS TOMA
The Founder and President of DCM Consulting, Chris Toma, has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering Management from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, MI. He spent 10 years working at Skanska in field operations starting as a Project Engineer and then becoming a Project Manager. He then Joined Barton Malow Company and became the Chief Estimator for the Conceptual Estimating Group. These experiences in the pre-construction phase and in field operations have equipped Chris with a rare and unique skill set as he is able to envision the “big picture” from the preliminary design stages.
GARY TAMANINI
Gary will be the Senior Consultant on DCM’s team specifically overseeing the large healthcare and large higher education projects. Gary has been in the construction industry for approximately 40 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience on all project types especially Healthcare and Higher Education facilities. Gary worked as a senior estimator for both Beaumont Hospitals and Barton Malow Company. That experience makes Gary an estimating industry leader in Healthcare and Higher Education facilities.
